CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy Please be advised that Mara Aesthetic requires a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, or if you do not show, 30% of your service total will be charged to the card on file. This policy is in place to respect time, preparation, and clients who may be waiting for an opening. Thank you for understanding and valuing my time as I value yours. 💗 ⏰ Late Fee Policy Please arrive on time to your appointment to ensure the full service can be completed. A 15 minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be added to your service to accommodate the extended time and reset needed. If you are 16 minutes or more late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and will be treated as a late cancellation, resulting in the 30% cancellation fee as stated in the studio policy. This policy protects both your appointment time and the client scheduled after you. Thank you for respecting my time as I respect yours. 💗
